Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at enhuex.com and any related pages operated by ENHUEX ("we," "us," or "our") (collectively, the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Use of the Site

You agree that the state and federal courts located in Massachusetts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction where applicable.
